The hotel is centrally heated using a diesel boiler equipped with software that allows temperature control within each apartment.

The software also detects fires, open windows, and various issues within the premises.

A few meters from the hotel, there are 7 closed garages for cars + 1 parking space.

Adjacent to the hotel building is a bar. The total area of the bar premises is about 450 sq.m. It is located on the first floor outside the hotel but in the same building.

The bar premises have their own kitchen equipped with a deep fryer, grill panel for meat or fish, electric stoves, pizza oven, electric oven, 10 refrigerators, and 1 freezer.

The pub has a large counter where you can work and serve customers with ease.
